No ownership hostage

Month to month. Your Google listing stays yours.

Spruce Local charges $599 per month with no setup fee and no long contract. Leave with the listing and business accounts intact.

Ask about my listing

The direct answer

The exit should be as clear as the start.

The business should control the primary Google owner account, domain, website, analytics, phone numbers, and other durable assets. An agency can have working access without becoming the only person capable of running the business’s marketing.

Month-to-month terms do not mean the work finishes in thirty days. Map visibility and review habits take steady work. They mean you can judge the service without waiting out a six- or twelve-month lock.

What you keep

Anything that represents or belongs to the business stays with the business.

  • Primary ownership of the Google listing
  • Reviews and customer history
  • Domain and website access
  • Business photos and approved content
  • Analytics and reporting history
  • Phone number and customer contacts

What happens when service ends

We finish the paid period, document open work, remove Spruce Local’s access, and return any business materials that are not already in the owner’s accounts. We do not erase finished work to create a penalty for leaving.

Judge the work before renewing

Look for named tasks, accurate information, a healthier review process, map evidence, and a direct explanation of the next priority. A contract term cannot turn vague work into useful work.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

Call or text (509) 557-0797 if your situation doesn’t fit these answers.

Is Google Maps help really month to month?+

Yes. The $599 monthly service does not require a long-term contract.

What happens to my listing if I cancel?+

It remains yours. Spruce Local removes its access and does not delete your profile, reviews, photos, or business information.

Will all rankings stay after cancellation?+

No provider can promise that. Local results keep changing with competitors, reviews, business information, and Google’s systems.

Why do some agencies require six or twelve months?+

Local work takes time, and longer agreements make revenue predictable for the agency. You should still understand the exit terms and who owns each account before signing.
